Damon has a passion for helping people achieve their goals, especially when one of those goals is to sell their business for maximum value. His career started in 2002 at Waste Management where for ten years he held Sales, Sales Management and Operations positions in Michigan and Florida. He spent the next ten years at United Site Services holding senior level positions in Sales Management, Operations and Mergers & Acquisitions. Damon has closed over 50 transactions in the last five years. Outside of work, Damon enjoys golf, live music and traveling. He resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife, children and dog, Pudge.
