Damon has a passion for helping people achieve their goals, especially when one of those goals is to sell their business for maximum value. His career started in 2002 at Waste Management where for ten years he held Sales, Sales Management and Operations positions in Michigan and Florida. He spent the next ten years at United Site Services holding senior level positions in Sales Management, Operations and Mergers & Acquisitions. Damon has closed over 50 transactions in the last five years. Outside of work, Damon enjoys golf, live music and traveling. He resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife, children and dog, Pudge.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Allyson joined the workforce with FMC Advisors in 2022. Her strengths are organization and time management while being highly detail focus and customer-centric. From social media advertising to data analysis, Allyson assists the FMC team across multiple lanes and responsibilities. She enjoys using these skills to support FMC’s clients and owners. In her free time, Allyson is an animal lover and avid reader, trying to hit her goal of seventy-five books read in the year. Allyson resides in Chicago, Illinois, where she soaks in as many warm days as she can.

Andy started his professional career as a science teacher and school administrator for over 20 years. After exiting his role within the public sector, Andy immediately served as a Director of Business Development, sales, and consultation within the technology industry.
Andy brings to FMC critical skills in process development and implementation as well as sales and operation planning. He has built systems and processes around customer support and acquisition, scaling and managing organizational growth, and forecasting and customer success programs. Andy enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting, and traveling in his spare time. Andy resides in the Lansing area of Michigan with his wife, children, and dog Myla.

Ed enjoys helping business owners across the country sell their businesses. His career started at BFI in California, where he managed portable sanitation, solid waste, and recycling operations in Northern California. For 5 years, he served as BFI's Vice President of Business Development for the Western U.S. Ed, then spent 15 years at United Site Services, where he held executive-level positions in Mergers & Acquisitions, Operations, and Real Estate. Ed has closed nearly 100 transactions throughout his career. Ed resides in the Tampa, Florida area.
